How Do I Place an order on the website?

  1. KINDLY READ THROUGH OUR TERMS OF SERVICE TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH OUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES.

  2. CONTACT THE DECOR HUB AT INFO@THEDECORHUB.COM TO ENSURE THE DELIVERY TEAM IS AVAILABLE TO DELIVER ON THE DESIRED DATE & TIME.

  3. SELECT THE CONFIRMED DATE & TIME INTO THE DATE PICKER ON THE HOME PAGE.

  4. BROWSE OUR INVENTORY AND SELECT THE ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT BY ADDING THEM TO YOUR CART.

  5. Also Add any services if required (delivery and/or artwork hanging, found under the “services” category under “inventory”).

  6. PLACE AN ORDER BY CLICKING ON THE SHOPPING CART ICON AT THE BOTTOM-RIGHT OF THE PAGE AND CLICKING “CHECK OUT”.

  7. CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR SIGN INTO YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT.

  8. FILL IN THE property address once prompted.

  9. click on the box to agree to our terms of service. By clicking on the box, you confirm that you understand and accept The Decor Hub’s terms of service.

  10. Click on the “Continue to payment” button. You will be charged 25% of the order total as a down payment & 15% of the order total as a damage deposit. This payment can be payed securly by credit card during checkout. the damage deposit will be retuned to your credit card within 3 business days of the decor hub recieving the order return, conditional upon the rental items returning in the same state they were delivered (Please see item 19 of our terms of service).

  11. After the 25% payment, the decor hub will recieve the order. The decor hub staff will then send you a pro forma invoice which will show the 25% has been paid. The pro forma invoice will also include an item list of the order. during this TIME, you can contact the decor hub to make any changes to the order.

  12. Once the order has left the warehouse, you will recieve a finalized invoice through email charging the remaining 75% of the order total. This invoice can be payed within 48 hours after the delivery either by e-transfer to “accounting@thedecorhub.com” or through the payment link by credit card which will be provided in the invoice email

what do the item codes stand for?

Each item in The Decor Hub’s inventory has an item code which includes two letters followed by a number. This code is unique to the item & helps us keep track of our inventory. The two letters of the item code stand for the following:

  • Ac - Accent chair

  • Dc - Dining Chair

  • bn - bench/ottomon

  • dt - Dining Table

  • Ct- coffee table

artwork, metal artwork (wall decor), mirrors: small: (< 18” x 18”), medium: (18” x 18” - 32” x 32”), large: (32” x 32” - 48” x 48”), oversized: (> 48” x 48”)

decor: small: (< 8” any side), medium: (8” - 16” any side), large: (> 16” any side)

decorative & greenery balls: small: (< 6”), large: (6” - 10”)

botanicals (table-top potted plants): small: (<8” any side), medium: (8” - 18” any side), large: (> 18” any side)

Am i able to come into the warehouse to browse inventory?

Yes. the decor hub understands the usefulness of seeing items in person when matching & picking items for an order. however, we ask that orders are still placed through the website.

The decor hub can deliver orders to the following areas for their respective delivery fees:

  • ($250) WELLESLEY, WEST MONTROSE, ELORA, FERGUS, INNERKIP ($600 MINIMUM ORDER)

  • ($300) WOODSTOCK, MILTON, STRATFORD ($800 MINIMUM ORDER)

  • ($350) BURLINGTON, HAMILTON, LISTOWEL, LONDON, MISSISSAUGA, OAKVILLE ($1500 MINIMUM ORDER)
